A silent auction of small quilts and quilted items at the May 31 – June 2 North Country Quilting Guild Biennial Quilt Show in Clayton, NY, will benefit the needs of cancer patients across a four-county region. The auction proceeds will support the Gouverneur Breast and Ovarian Cancer Fund that serves people in Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Lewis and Franklin counties.

Members of the North Country Quilting Guild are quilting year-round in support of several local nonprofit organizations, including the Children’s Home of Jefferson County, Hospice of Jefferson County and the Victims Assistance Center of Jefferson County. The guild’s 2024 show will have a 72-by-87-inch Hexie Meadows-patterned quilt on display as a raffle time to support the guild.
